That totally depends on your intention. If you just want to get fake likes just to increase the number of your fans (making your page like people really like it) then go ahead and buy some likes over on fiverr. But if you are into real results (conversion rate) then there is no better way of getting fans than advertising it on facebook. You may have spend some dime but it would totally be worth it.

Although fiverr is a great place to get some quality jobs, Facebook likes I have to say is not one of them. Unfortunately you get for what you pay for. So many times have I bought likes only to find them disappear a few weeks later.
