The Google Algorithm isn't used by Google to boost rankings - its a way of assessing pages that Google choose to index. Google discuss SEO in general on their own Webmaster Blog, plus there are a number of other websites (like SEOMoz and Search Engine Land) where individual factors that affect SEO are discussed.
Hey man ! Its true that i dont know about what are algorithms ? I want to learn about algos and its right place for learning some new concepts. If you cannot good advice me then why you are discouraging me. I think next time i will get good advice from you about algos. Thanks

I think what Magda was getting at, is the gibberish in your original post. If you really are in Canada and intend to conduct business with english speaking clients, you really need to improve your communication skills. Anyway in response to your OP, the algo' is something implemented by Google (and other SE's) not by us, we are the ones trying to work it out and act accordingly. Nobody can tell you how to do that, as nobody knows exactly how they work, it's a case of reading up about it, then a little trial and error until you come up with a strategy which works, but by then it will have changed again
