With bookmarks and directory listing, the key factors to converting this into traffic are the title and description. Interesting title converts more than a flat, plain and simple keyworded title. But I am not saying you omit keywords on the title. But if you can find ways to make the title interesting while not losing the keyword, then implement it. Descriptions are mainly overlooked. However, if you have a converting description posted, you will surely win those who read them. Descriptions are use to support the interest made by the title.

With article submission, submitting a useful yet somewhat incomplete article can help. What I mean is, you are spoon feeding your readers with information however the information presented can't be maximized to their advantage without checking your resource box (or byline) and clicking your links. In other words, bait them to click your link inserted after they read your article.
