How we get high pr directories?

    I want to promote my website, for this we need upto 15 high pr directories. Anybody knows about this. Help me, thanks in advance.

    High PR can also come from backlinks off higher pr sites like DP. As for link directories, my suggestion would be to take the first 10 - 20 that are listed in google, im quite sure they have at least pr 5 and above.
