    I'd say manual link building is a very good approach. Though I am not expert in this field

    Choose such keywords which have more traffic and less compitition. You can also target "long tail keywords".

    If you want instant traffic then Google Adword is best option. Other wise organic SEO would be better for long term traffic

    Do manual link building with relevant niche. And social bookmarking on high PR sites. Also create facebook and twitter accounts to get more leads.

    you need to understand seo placement in google search engine. Once you understand you can do some seo work on it . There are thousands of site on internet which will teach you about the seo tactics . You can follow any of them .

    create good content related to those keywords. After all people is looking for information and/or products/solutions related to those keywords, so try to write as much as possible to give them the kind of information they are looking for
