Post on travel related sites/blogs/forums.
Keep your sites content fresh, unique and on topic.
Submit your RSS feeds to feed sharing sites.
Add your site to travel keyword pages on social bookmarking sites.

These are simple basic steps to get you started.

 

It will be very difficult anyway.
There is huge competition in this business.

 

go for link exchange with travel bombs like tripadvisor, travelfactfile, lonelyplanet

 

You need to analyze your website target first and find the niche that you will be reach the niche keywords prior you jump to mass keywords.

 

try reciprocal linking to other travel agency sites.. especially sites with already big page ranks..
