How we can do it in Joomla ?

Hi there,

I am using Rockettheme Template. MY URL is http://www.cityfunclub.com/

I want to know that how to do the following in Joomla.

1. How to add and Show the Weather Updates in Joomla. (From where to get the local weather updates code).
2. How to show Stocks/Forex Updates in Joomla.
3. How to send International SMS through Joomla without leaving Joomla website.

I will be very thankful for any help.
