    or who can do this

    Trust Flow is determined by Majestic SEO or data drawn from them. They strictly limit the amount of free checks one can do daily for free, or from a free account. You should either pay for their account directly, or just use the free Majestic add-on for Chrome or Firefox to get all the checks done you want.

    Yes, this what they are offering but i need some script which can update up to 100 to 500 sites

    either looking some paid script too which can do this job.
