Try Google Mobile Friendly Test, just google it. It will ensure your website will be mobile friendly on all devices.

    You could use http://quirktools.com/screenfly/

It shows how your website will look in desktop mode, tablet mode, mobile mode and television mode. There are different devices that you can choose between.

Which is also available under my daily driver -- Vivaldi.

It also helps to test iOS devices properly, and whist it's a legal grey area if you are on windows or linux you can install the beta of the upcoming High Sierra release of OSX fairly easily in VMWare or Oracle VirtualBox, (google it) and then install xCode. Or if you're already on OSX, just install xCode.

Whilst normally meant for writing OSX and iOS applications, xCode comes with a ARM emulator and a install of iOS that will let you configure it to behave like a myriad of different Apple iOS devices, giving you a "real world" 1:1 example of what Safari in those environments will do.

It's a pretty hefty download all said and done (xCode itself is twice the size of the bloody OS), but it's a pretty important one if high compatibility is a must-have. Device emulation of Android browsers under Blink based (chrome, chromium, Opera, Vivaldi) browsers is pretty spot on (since it's the same browser engine) but on the Mac side Safari is aging like milk, so it helps to have a proper testing environment for that.

Again in testing I generally have a slew of VM's installed in virtualbox for a wide variety of OS and browser combinations, because my specialty is making sure sites I'm brought in to fix aren't violating accessibility guidelines, rules, laws, or anything else that could cause legal problems for the type of clients I do work for. (banks, government organizations, public utilities, and the like)

I have written a detailed article collecting 10 tools with different approaches to test a responsive website. It's always best to check with different services instead of relying on only one.
