How was 500words.com marketed

    I got a somewhat similar but not so similar site as 500words.com named Keyword Market.

    I really appreciate if anybody could share with us how 500words.com was marketed.

    It was marketed a list. Grow a list of 30,000 people. Build some trust (relationship) with that list and then market all sorts of things to them. They'll eat it up.

    I made a similar idea, not word related
    but i have no idea about how marketing it
    its unique, included a press release, but need to market it and partnering with some great list builder
