How vube.com making profit?

    I don't see any ads on their site and they paying uploader. how they actually making profit? video hosting site even costly, isn't?

    same goes for likes.com/minus.com imagehosting site without any ads.

    I don't know how they are making money, but just by looking at it a person probably has no foggiest idea what the site is about. I know it's something about contests, but I wish they'd be more clear on how an average Joe could benefit from their site. If I wanted to see videos I'd just go to YouTube.

    On likes.com I'm seeing ads.

    The ones without ads are probably just waiting until the time is right.

    If you have 5... 10... 100 million in VC funding you can do a lot without the need to monetize.
