Just wondering if there is a type of test (not Copyscape) you could use in order to make sure the content you write is unique? I am specifically interested in 3 versions of a article I would write, 1 article would be for my website, 1 for a specific article directory, and lastly 1 for a few other article directories.
As long as the wording is quite different, sharing the same ideas (yet not completely the same, each article can have a unique spin on things). It should be fine. Are you looking at this at an SEO aspect?
Why is copyscape not good? I use that for ever check and so far have gotten excellent results with google/
Its my own work, I will create 3 articles, just want them different enough so that it is not seen as duplicate content.
Just tweak it. Apply some changes in the title and some phrases, if your articles are around 30% different, you shouldn't have problems.
I did read that around 30% needs to be different for the search engines to consider your content unique. But I personally change every sentence for my unique copies of articles...may sound tedious but it's worth it when I see at least 2 different copies of the same article on the front page of Google.
I s there some place on google where you went to submit the articles or did they just pick it up from some other articles directory you submitted to?
If you are writing it then it should already be unique. If you are copying it and then changing bits of it... you will already know how much of it is yours. Don't waste too much time worrying about it, just write them and see how it works.
Fantastic, thanks a lot. How accurate is this, anyone know? Anyway one of my articles only got 20% so I need to improve on that.
That tool is great! Anyway, I simply believe that if you wrote all 3 of them then they couldn't be exactly the same. Unless if you repeat every word. You might have the same idea but I'm sure they way you've presented it and written it can be different already.
I think as long as you give a PLR content your own unique voice, you should be fine. Essentially, use the PLR as your foundation, then strive to make it as unique as you can. Cheers, bri
If it is not copied and you are presenting a fact in 3 different ways, then there is no problem with Google. Btw, if you want more traffic then try to present it in unique and interesting way.
as long as the page is different in the views of SE and you are fine don't be too conscious about unique content
