owh... thanks guys... u guys is a kind people may i know what must we do to make SEO technique? is that same as commenting on blog with PR3 higher, submit to social bookmarking etc?
Search engine optimization consist of on-page factors and off-page factors. Commenting and social bookmarking are parts of off-page optimization. You should also write articles, post on related forums (with links in your signature), make link exchanges, try directory submissions etc. But before you start the linkbuilding you should to do on-page optimization. You keywords should be presented in the title, description, headers and naturally in the content.
You need to build backlinks for your site. This will improve your site's SERPs, and which will improve your site visibility. Do some basic SEO. Article submission, directory submission, forums etc will help build some backlinks. Also try to get some backlinks from pages with high PR.
SEO on and off site.. link building with relevant keywords, link exchange with related sites (or better still one way links if you can get them), forum signatures, blog posts, article marketing.. work hard at getting the SEO basics right (page titles, meta tags, site content, etc) and make sure that your backlinks are anchored with relevant keywords, (what do you want to rank in SE's for?). Eventually (one hopes) you'll find your site gets the majority of traffic from SE's which is the best traffic to have as they are people who are LOOKING for what you are offering..
Some good resources to actively promote your site include EzineArticles.com, Associated Content, Squidoo and HubPages. I use each of these resources to write articles on the subject of my site. Each article or page will link back to my site and bring traffic to it. It also helps to increase ranking in Google.
After creating a site I create a Fan Page in Facebook and Invite my friends to like it, then I submit It to some Directories(DMoz) Then I submit my XML Sitemap to Google and Bing. And I would signup in a Related forum... and Yes Contents

I use social media I use the most used keywords on my site and use those as hash tags in twitter, also there's a very easy way you can do and that works... Backlinks I guess, if you are offering a product on your site try to make a youtube video and put your linck in description. Tha't all I would do and then submit your website to search engines, first in google, then bing, then yahoo and then there are web pages that does that for you for less used search engines!
