how u measure prog. rates

    You measure rates by hour or by project/milestone (in your case, it seems you are going to just find a freelancer over one of those job board sites or through a forum so payment for the project is fine).

    Is that what you meant? Or were you looking for how to estimate that cost per hour/project?
