    we have a latest news and then also we can find that link on top of google, I mean to say even if that link is not indexed or crawled, then also that link is having higher weightage i.e pagerank.

    How is this made possible??

    its not posibble at all because the pages are assigned the PR by google crwler only after crawling them. Buddy PR is the specif term given by Google, it is not something inborn. Hence try to recheck your pages with different ways to ensure that they are indexed.

    I think Google crawl them frequently and reindex fast thats why they are on page one, but i'm not agree with getting page rank fast.
