Okay there are some points in here that are a little too vague. There is way more detailed info on cpa marketing out there and for free. It all comes down to what traffic source you are targeting. If its paid traffic.........choose an offer, then have a testing budget to test for data, then work on conversions. There is a lot more to it with each step but possible.
