    well, use bing webmaster tool and check your configuration accordingly... try adding in yahoo directory.

    I think it is difficult to seo yahoo top 10 because its algorithm is not clear ... usually focus on seo google yahoo and then automatically rank your site with almost identical results

    For yahoo there are certain difference from google. yahoo gives much importance in the age of the site and for how many years it is registered for. As well regular content update is necessary to get good rank in yahoo. Multiple dashes website gets low rank in yahoo. So for good ranking work hard for your site.
