How to write my mobile number for twitter?

    They want confirmation via phone for my account. I dont have a regular phone, only a mobile one.

    I write my number after the country code 0551234567 (not my real number, of course). but they keep sending the word error. No, there's nothing wrong with my computer.

    I tried (055) 123 4567 and tried (055)123-4567 but nothing works. have an account, but it's locked and cant be unlocked via email. already send confirmition through email.

    how should I write the number?

    I used my mobile/s too and it works fine, depending on which country I am in and which one of my two numbers I use.

    If I am in Portugal I put +351 or UK +44 before the mobile number and drop the 0 at the start of the mobile number.

    Hope that makes sense and you get it sorted.
