Yeah - definitely need to stay consistent when it comes to blogging. I have trouble with that at times because I get wrapped up in projects and family, etc.
I would like to ask you if all these step by step instructions are required at all? I feel that once ideas start flowing in our brains, there is never a stop to the process called writing. - Ranjith
Here is a thought, first get an idea. Then form the context or view point from which you are going to broach your subject ( are you an expert or an author or just stating your opinion). Pick a title, it gives you a focal point on which to base your research. Present your information in short, informative, paragraphs. Break it up. So the reader is not scared away. Always have a beginning, a middle and an end. This is very important!!! Ask yourself, 'if I was looking for information on this topic would I be glad I took the time to read this'? Even though these are short, you only have the first sentence or two to capture the reader. I hope this helps. I think if you cover these steps you are at least on the right path. There is always room for new ideas, approaches and improvement.
Thanks for sharing, posting on my blog is definitely easier than posting my articles on Ezine directory.
Thanks, great info, I will be referring to it. How long should a blogpost be? I am using an article size of 400 to 500 words as my example that I draw from. I lean toward the two or three small paragragh type format. It is easy to break into: Beginning, Middle and End. Makes research and organizing of ideas very easy. So get an idea, come up with a title and start wiriting.
there is no way to write quality posts quickly, sorry , unless you of course you can type 300 buttons a minutes and use iq of 170
its pretty hard to do! When I start, I'm not sure where to begin and sit there thinking how I should write it. Then end up wasting so much time thinking! thank you for the tips gonna try them out
Loved this post. Bookmarked. You pointed out one thing that really hit me. I actually saw it in a youtube video about how to write content. So it's not just for blogging, it's for writing in general. "Time yourself for 10-20 minutes, set a timer to go off in that amount of time so you're not constantly looking at the clock. And just write. If you run out of things to right about just write that.. write (I don't know what to type) and it will trigger your brain to think of something and you will write something." In school we are taught to fix our mistakes as we go which can take a lot of time and make us lose our train of thought. It's best to just straight write a draft, then fix it when you're done. Or take a break then edit it with a clear mind. Thanks for the good read! Bookmarked!
