open microsoft word and type one. try to use good english, make it interesting and informative and make sure you spell check it before publishing.

Article writing is a skill and to learn it (if you don't have) or to get an idea, one of the many methods is to look at other good quality articles by other publishers.
The best way for you to learn article writing quickly is to go to one of the article directories, search for an article by keyword, paste the article into a word document and then completely rewrite the article in your own words. you need to write an article which is unique and appealing to users of your niche, write articles that make people want to read more, write an article like it is an exiting story, describe whatever your writing about as if it is the best thing in the world. use lots of keywords for search engine reasons.
Action speaks louder than words. If you want to write, just write. Writing from your own experience is a good place to start. Because it is easier than writing something you don't know. For example, instructional materials such as how to set up a website, how to upload a file to your server ,etc. First keep writing. Then you can edit, spell check later for flow and completeness.

I agree with sherone.. you can create an article via your own idea simply write whatever comes in your mind and make some drafts.. then afterwards finalized it. And about the copy paste idea.. you may used them as reference to your blog or you can put their official link in your site..
