Hi, I do have a brief idea on the subject but want a better idea in this. how to write a sales page? what all should be included? word count? can anyone pass me a sample, or show me here, just to know the format better.. thank you Nick
Look at the successful clickbank & other network's products and get some ideas. If you were to paste some of the successful pages pages into word a lot would be 20 - 25 pages at 12pt font.
A sales page is crucial in selling a product online, and I agree with Capler's suggestion of looking at successful Clickbank products' formatting. I recently compiled a sales page of my own that I'm going to launch soon, but mine totaled about five pages in Word with the font formatted to proper sizing.
There is no single correct format. When some people think of sales pages they immediately think of "sales letter" style pages, but there are a lot of other options out there, and they can all be incredibly effective. Forget about what may or may not be working on Clickbank (especially since you haven't said what you're trying to sell - e-books, software, memberships, etc. can all sell differently). Instead look at your biggest competitors to see what's being used well within your specific market. Then find a way to improve on it.
If you're talking about writing a sales letter type of page, here's a very basic list of what it must have: 1) the headline 2) the body 3) call to action. But if there's one common element among sales pages, it's the persuasion of your customers to perform that action that you want them to do like buy your product, ask for more information, etc.
Sales pages have no format really as everyone tries to make there's unique. That is the point of a sales page, to stand out from the competition.
