    1) If i put my website in the website section, is it dofollow and where is it shown?

    2) Also if i make a relevant and good comment can i put my link at the bottom, like a signature? Or will it get deleted?

    3) Lastly, my site is an arcade what sort of blogs should i comment on, apart from online games?

A good comment is when you are searching for a topic you like, found it in a blog and comment on what you know. SEO blog commenting are frankly 99% spammy.

    1) dofollow or not follow are not shown usually
    2) you better do not put a signature on your comment as most will delete it - as spammers do such things
    3) comment on games and arcade blogs with relevant comments and these will be accepted

    good luck

You need to check link type in the blog (dofollow or nofollow)
When you are putting a comment, write a honest one to improve the post. It may be a help to protect a good content in that blog.

    Good luck
    Blog.

Latest study finds that 90% of online community users are lurkers (read or observe without contributing) with only 9% of users contributing 'a little' and 1% actively contributing with comment en your blog. It's a technique that well we can develop

I believe in order to make genuine comment, you need to understand post content and author's view. It is seen that if you post comment in opposite to author's view then you've more chances of getting approved.
