Rules How to write a blog

    Please can some one tell me the procedure and eligibility to write a blog. I went to FAQ and could not understand anything. All i could see there was sidebar. So please advice me

    But i have seen non-premium members having blogs many times.

    Maybe they wrote it when they were premium members but didn't renew. :)
