What is really important for me is that I have absolutely nothing that can possibly distract me.
No phone, unless I need it for business.
No programs running that I don't use for work.
If I need to use my internet browser. I don't want any other tabs/windows open.
No unnecessary tabs with forums etc.
Only check my e-mail on set times during the day. Or when I expect something important.
Don't sit in front of a window. And tell family/friends/colleagues not to disturb you during your working time, unless absolutely necessary.

Whatever the job you are doing first plan, every morning ask a questions your self like what you are going to do today. then act according to your plan, if you follow this daily then you can do your work very smart rather than working hard to achieve.

When it comes to working smarter and not harder, I recommend outsourcing your article writing if possible.This is a task that takes time and not everyone feels comfortable with writing articles.Then I would use some sort of schedule where I have the daily marketing activities planned, no point in trying to do everything in one day.

 

1. learn to do multitask in the same time,
2. Learn how to manager your time: prospects, downline, promotions, training and testing(it is very hard task for major of IM)

LoL, yeah that's why China is doing so well... They block Facebook, twitter and youtube. GET BACK TO WORK!!
but then again.. the Chinese versions of fb and youtube are even bigger.
It does help me stay of FB. Too much trouble, once a day is enough for me
