    just like you would on natural websites. But you don't want to have too many strings in your domain name because that just makes it harder for google to rank the site

    make a copy of it with a regular URL and promote those.
    Leave the pages that do www.yousite.com/index.php?blahblah=3523etcetcblahblah
    out of indexing?

    have you ever seen some of the article sites that do that? they dont use the article numbers and usernames etc , they convert the titles of the articles like = "How to work on Dynamic web site ? " into
    "how-to-work-dynamic-web-site.html"

    You'd have to do that one pretty effectively though or you could get nailed for double content.
    I dont think they care if you use strings in your URLs , as long as they're not excessive.
