    Don't know about other 2 but in Moneybookers you can withdraw funds to your indian bank account (direct bank transfer).

    I am using epassporte and must say its good. Well, you need to spend 35$ and order their plastic card. It can be used n any ATM's where visa electron card is accepted. You can withdraw epassporte funds with it easily.

    I guess each bank wire will cost your around $25. Its pretty high in terms of withdrawal.
