Hi i have worked as freelancer in the elance and earned some dollars and withdraw it no problem.. But now iam not active in elance i have 9.12$ in elance and elance has sended me email yestready regarding fees of 5$ is taken if not you should withdraw by may 12 but local bank transfer only support 20$ payment so i tried as paypal but paypal want verified with visa to pay them i have verified paypal with bank account. So i wanted to try skrill now should i also have credit card to withdraw my 9$ to skrill and to local bank transfer and also answer if i transfer funds to skrill account how much charge will skrill takes to recieve funds to local bank in india thanks i hope you understand my question thanks waiting for your response
