How to withdraw my payment account in Infinity Ads CPM ?

    I have reached 5.2 $ minimum payment from Infinity Ads CPM and i want withdraw it.but i can't see anything in my account to withdraw my payment.where can i submit my withdrawal payment ?

    If your balance is 5$ on the 15th of may, you will be paid by the 1st of june, if your balance is 5$ on the first of june, you will be paid by the 15th of june.

    You dont need to request money, they pay automatically once you reach the limit.
