    Hi,
I am Indian and can't figure out how to withdraw money from plimus.com.
    They offer:

Check post by mail : It will take too long
Direct Deposit (ACH) - US banks only: I am Indian
PayPal: I have a verified withdrawl limit on Paypal and manage to reach it repetedly
Plimus Pre-Paid Card: It asks for a driving license or passport and I don't have any :(
    Wire Transfer: I don't know what to enter in: Routing / SWIFT ; Account Number / IBAN ; Sort Code ; Intermediary or Correspondent bank Details;

I have an HDFC BAnk Account

    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks

Just check your HDFC checkbook it has all details which you need to know.
If not got any help then look beyond your HDFC debit/ATM card, you will get a phone banking number, just call and asked them.

    Thanks-
    James

Plimus prepaid debit card is issued by Payoneer, isn't it? I think if you don't have driving license or passport you can just fill it with your national id number. Or contact Payoneer support to make sure :)

Well if you are from India you should have a national ID card. I'm from Pakistan and I do have a National ID card and Passport (Both are different) and I just gave them my ID card number (while registering Payoneer card) and they didn't ask for my passport.

Well use your head then, whatever number is used to identify you. For USA citizens it is their Social Security Number - Every legal US citizen has one. I am sure other countries have some similar system of identification too. Especially a country like India with so much e-commerce

Do you by any chance have any ID issued by your government to proof that you are an Indian Citizen or that you are born in India ? If so, there should be a number from those documents which you can enter. Usually, Payoneer would not go about asking for the document but if they do, you got something you can produce.

What did you use when you sign up for a bank account at the bank ? I am sure you did not just walk in one day with money in your hands and nothing else to do that.

That's pretty strange, how come you guys prove that you are Indian if someone asks you? Not everyone has driver's license or Passport

Exactly, This is what I'm wondering how come they don't have any type of Identity card apart from Driver's license and Passport

To open a bank account we just need to provide a utility bill and a refferer (usually the affiliate of the bank).

So basically you are saying that in India, there is nothing you get in terms of an ID issued by the Government to proof that you are an Indian Citizen ? Anyone can pretend to be one by just claiming to be one.

    There are many Things:
    Passport
    Voter ID Card
    TAX ID
    Driving license
    etc. etc.

But payoneer only accepts driving license and Passport for India

That's just an example, you can use the other IDs and if they require you to mail it to them, you can just make a copy and fax or mail it to them.

They just want to know that you are a real person and not a scammer or a fake. You can send them something which is government issued to prove that you are who you claim to be.
