How to withdraw money from Paypal if Paypal doesn't support my country?

Ok, here's the problem:

I earned some money on the internet and the company I worked for only offered payments via Paypal. There was no other option. Since Paypal does not support my country, I decided to still open my account, but in the country field I put another country near-by and later on I received payment.

I knew I couldn't withdraw money so I decided to spend it by buying some online products/services, but when I tried to complete the purchase Paypal froze my account. Now they asked me to verify my account. I have the option to withdraw money, but only to the US bank account or the account of near-by country.

Can someone give me some idea how to proceed next? Amount is about 500 EUR and I wouldn't want to waste it.

Hmm thats a tough one indeed. Well obviously cant spend it since its frozen but maybe another paypal account and transfer if possible. If that doesnt work i have no clue unless u can get a friend who you trust to accept who has a paypal then he can write you a cheque or something. Goog luck though

 

You could buy some items from ebay and sell it in your country.

 

Try to get your account unfrozen and then you can use xoom.com to withdraw your money.

 

You didnt verify your account using a vcc? which country are u from?

 

Refund the money to the client (you should be able to do this even when its frozen) and ask for an alternate payment method.

Well, if paypal frozen his account, he can not receive or send money and even tranfer too. I guess you got no choice except verifying your account dude!! Try with VCC.

 

there is very little you can do about getting that money from paypal without verifying your account.The only option is to do a refund and ask for payment by other means

 

Actually what i have done before when paypal is not accepted in my country I asked some fellow to keep my money and asked someone to transfer the amount through xoom with fees obcourse..Anyway you need to asked someone a friend or relatives to do that for you but it is way too risky you must need someone reliable and dependable.. I asked someone to keep my money before and I dont even know him but he turns out to be trustworthy thanks God..But it is way too risky really

 

The easiest way would be to get a US account that comes with a debit card so you can withdraw from the account. They are easy to get. If you ask about reliability, I recommend debitcards4all.net .

 

You could try and exchange your paypal to another e-currency payment processor that is supported by your country. Moneybookers or Alertpay perhaps. Then you can withdraw it to your account.

 

I think most of the people posting in this thread either did not understand what the questioner said, or are just trying to increase their post count. he made it clear that 'HIS ACCOUNT GOT FROZEN!'. so that means he cannot move muscle with that money.

As for resolution to this issue,
Option-1: Open a bank account in the country which you showed on paypal. is that possible for you?
Option-2: Get in touch with someone who is in that country and uses paypal and who can help you verify your account, see if this works. You can pay him for his sevices. But make sure he can be trusted or else he will loot you.

Try these and see if it works.

 

You can request your money by check also. But the fee charges are much.

 

Situation is worst.. if you can withdraw the money to US account, find a trusted person there.. which country u belongs to???.. maybe this can help us helping you.
