Yap, after 180 days, you will able to withdraw your paypal funds, but your paypal will still limited. I have 1 paypal account which was limited from Aug, 7 2007, after I contact paypal customer service, they told: they will be sent an email at Feb, 4 2008 and I will able to withdraw the funds to my bank account. Dear xxxxx xxxxx, Thank you for contacting PayPal with your concern. You are right. The funds in your account must be held for a period of up to 180 days. You should receive an email around February, 4 2008 advising you that your funds are available for withdrawal. Once you receive the email, you may log into your account and click on the 'Withdraw' tab to receive your funds. If you do not receive the email advising you to withdraw your funds, please feel free to contact us after February, 4 2008. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thank you for using PayPal for your online payment needs. Sincerely, Xu PayPal Account Review Department PayPal, an eBay Company Code (markup):
@Mobifrendz.Org If you register your paypal account with real info, I think its very easy to remove the limitation, but if you using fake info you must wait for 180 days before withdraw the money. Like me, I'm registered my paypal with fake info because at Aug 2007, my country listed in paypal but paypal not allowed my country to recieve payment, but now paypal allowed my country to recieve payment.
