I know what you mean, most nights i get 6 hours sleep, i guess for me it's the chris moyles show, his stupid rambling just makes me want to get out of the room. (Chris Moyles Show - BBC Radio 1)
the only time I can wake up early is if the sun shines in my room or I am camping. If you live in hot climate time the A.C or fans to turn off before the sun comes up then the heat will wake you up. That how I wake up
If you have a mobile phone, set an alarm clock and put a lound ringtone. Also put your alarm clock/cell phone far away from bed, so that you'll have to get up to shut it down. Also: go to bed earlier
Set your alrm clock for a early time in the morning, also go to sleep early too. It's recommended not to get over 8 hours sleep, 8 hours is a perfect sleep hours for the human body. Your body clock will get used to it.
Try putting a bucket of water over your bed with a timer to drop it on you at whatever time. You'll probably learn to wake up at least 5 minutes before - after the first morning Anyways, it's mostly willpower for me ... I get up at 4:45am every morning ... and I never get used to it. I wasn't a morning person to begin with.
Honestly best way to get up early is to get a dog. Them bitches will wake ur ass up if they have to piss lol. My dog wakes me up every morning at 7am to go piss. He does not go in the house he demands for me to get up and walk him out side. So that is our routine. Then when i walk him im already up so i make coffee then start work for the day. He is my alarm clock i guess u could say but w/o the annoying buzzing lol
This is what I do when I find myself going to sleep at 6 in the morning and waking up at 2 in the afternoon: Day 1: Instead of going to bed at 6 in the morning, I stay up as late as possible and usually go to bed around 10:00 in the morning. I wake up later that day at 7:00 in the evening. I then stay up all night. Day 2: After having stayed up all night and woken up at 7:00 the previous day, I don't get really tired until around 2:00 in the afternoon. That's when I go to sleep and wake up at 11:00 in the evening. Day 3: I stay up all night, and since I woke up at 11:00 in the evening I don't get really tired until around 7:00 pm. That's when I go to sleep. I wake up the next day at 4:00 in the morning. That day I will go to bed at 9:00 in the evening and naturally wake up the next day at 6:00 am. That's it. That's all it takes to get you back on track. Just three days to be waking up naturally in the morning without an alarm clock. Just don't screw it up by staying up late the very next day. If you want to continue waking up early you have to go sleep when you first get tired in the evening. If you don't go to sleep when your body is telling you to then you'll screw everything up.
I think you have to find something to be excited about everyday, and let that inspire you to get out of bed.
Perhaps, you should sleep early at night and rest well(at least 8 hours a day). Alarm clocks won't do, I've experience the same thing before. lol You may also let someone wake you up, just in case. Also you should take some vitamins, maybe your problem is due to stress.
I get up early in the morning through ALARM CLOCK.... But in SUNDAY i get up late.... becuse SUNDAY is holiday and no work.....
