I leave my laptop on when I got to bed and set it next to my alarm clock with my Email open. For some odd reason when I do that I end up checking it when I wake up. -Chris
Winter is really the hardest for me to get up early but you just have to to put you alarm away from your bed that you are forced to get up and go switch it off.
Take one cat or dog and paste your alarm clock in his neck . Than checkout the fun in early morning .
Hi..... am agree with that go to early for bed and you can wake up early..... this one is also useful....drink lots water before bed time...you automatically wake early.... if you think you must to wake up early then you can.... yes, if ones it get habit to wake up early...then every day you can...whether you want or not...its like BODY ALARM..... and last one is you already do....help from alarm ...here i suggest you experiment with 2-3 alarm with 5-10min difference....... its all i have.............
Pay someone to come into your house and poke you with a sharp stick every morning. That should do the trick.
I think you need a better alarm clock. Get one of those cd player boom box systems with the big speakers and then turn the volume up a long ways. When it comes on then you won't be sleeping in.
poor old man...though I can't stop laughing as for the morning waking up...try going to bed earlier than you're usually doing...maybe if you get enough sleep you'll be able to rise and shine at the right time in the morning
the best way for me i have notice is to set my mobile alarm clock and then put it far away from the bed so i have to walk aup to turn it off.
Add on to my earlier post on this topic: My getting up early trial is now on day 16, and I've discovered one more surprisingly simple trick Turns out you can program more than just your alarm clock. Last thing at night, as you're lying in bed dropping off to sleep, you tell yourself that you're going to sleep soundly and well, and wake up full of energy at xxx am. Then you do. I added this, and some amazingly inventive alarm clocks you can fall back on if you just want the technology solution, to my Early Rising trial posts. You know it's not just you when alarm clocks now have flying/rolling/retreating bits that make it harder to hit snooze each time!
You just get up. When the alarm goes off, you just get up because you know you have no choice. That thing looks awesome! Maybe you should just put the alarm clock in the shower and save yourself a step.
you must use your alarm clock..but what i do is I use my cell phone as my alarm clock and i use my favorite song (which is trance music) as my ringer
don't sleep sleep early - wake up early. before you sleep, talk to your pillow to wake you up at "so and so time"
