    Web Proxies !!

for example therealproxy.info is hosted in US, so just browse the search result page using proxy.. You can see actual ads served in US.

Proxies seem to be the only real answer but are a pain. Anyone know a good english proxy (not proxy website)? I would be willing to pay for it.

Okay.. I too had similar issue..

go to yahoo.com directly (not through proxy), do a search , now open the search result page directly on proxy. that should give what you are looking for..
