How to view Page loading time in diffrent speed in diffrent places.

    Hi!
    I need to view my blog page loading time in different speeds. Pingdom can't display different speed page loading time. analyze.websiteoptimization.com/ can test 56K and 1T speed test but there is no 512Kbps. So are there any other service that has this feature.
