How to verifying Paypal without credit card LEGALLY ?

There are many reasons that you are unable to fulfil credit card requirements, and some people are just don't want to (security consideration).

you can verify your paypal by usa bank account this is another is the slow method and you can verify by VCC (virtual credit card ) which is like credit card with limited time and small funds...

 

I don't like PayPal having hold of my actual credit card number, so I signed up for one of those top-up VISA cards (the no credit check / sign up fee ones) and used that one to verify. If age is the problem, then you can get those cards at 14 .

Bank account also works... did this for the business account, took maybe a week.

All of the above is applicable to UK PayPal - can't guarantee anything about the rest of the world.

In some countries there are prepaid cards that could be used for paypal verifying purposes. I doubt that VCC is legal as some if not most people say they're not

 

Don't worry about CC...It's safe....
You also can use debit card to verify,It depends on ur country,As long as you are not from India...

 

Guys, but I herad and read that using VCC to verify the accont is risky, If paypal catch you then your account will be limited.

 

You can also use a debit card, if your bank's has a Visa/MC logo on it.

As far as security, there shouldn't be any concern about Paypal's usage of your card. They will never charge your card without your permission. It doesn't matter if you owe them $100,000, your card will not be charged even if it is your primary payment method, and is attached to your account.

Just make sure in any case that you use good passwords for your login, and keep your computer free of spyware/viruses/trojans/etc... Having your account hacked should be a bigger concern than Paypal stealing your card...

 

Can i know whether debit card ( visa ) can be used to verify the paypal account..i dont own a credit card..

 

For case of verifying Paypal with VCC, how about if my Paypal account getting limited and how do i restore that limited case ? (VCC has an expiry date)

 

You can't use VCC If your paypal got limited..You have to add CC

I have verified both of my account with my cards, and am using paypal more than 1 year. It's safe. 100% sure.

Go to Wal-Mart, buy a VISA gift card, register it to your account and transfer the money and BOOM verified.

 

use netspend.com, you get a card and savings account to verify your paypal for free. hope this helps

 

Ideally..you use CC for your paypal account. It would make you easier to show proof when sometimes your account getting limited access by Paypal.

Make sure you don't access your paypal account from public computer like internet cafe to make sure about your account security
