How to Verify registered users by SMS to your website ?

    Is there online service to verify registered users by SMS before users can buy or doing anything on some websites, like a bulk service that doing this service to avoid problems or fraud.

    What do you mean by 'verify users'? Do you mean to verify their identity, or to verify that the cell phone number that they submit on your website is their number? THe latter is easy to implement by sending a PIN code text message to the submitted cell phone number and then ask them to enter this PIN code onto your website. They will only know the correct PIN if they have received your text message with the PIN details
