    Hello I want to give and advice for usa pp account holder.Now you can lifted your withdrawal without ssn.I was checked my self and working fine for me .SO here you have to add virtual bank account and virtual visa card or your debit or credit card.Then verify with this vba and vcc or card.After completed verification , You will lifted withdrawal limit

    But when you do 3K + Every Month Then they will ask TIN/SSN for running this paypal.Did you real last paypal terms?

    But we can provide real TIN for us.
