i use a US paypal... i already addded a credit card.. then try to add bank account i tried to verify it with a bank account of USAA bank.. when i put all the information in paypal.. atlast stage the deposit amount.. its giving a pain ... still i cant logging in to the bank account from outside of US when i try to log in it shows for security reason its blocked ....... so what can i do now"? any one have any opinion then plz post here ...
Trying getting them to do the two deposits to your bank account. It'll take a few days though. If that's not working contact Paypal directly. But FYI, if you're trying to use a US PayPal account from outside the US, your account will be restricted in no time and all funds will be frozen.
It sks in india coz no Debit card even maaster card / visa is not accepted by PP since chage of rules by RBI Now only international CC are accepted with high charges better go 4 HDFC VCC
You just need to type in the amounts of the 2 small deposits that Paypal makes intothe account that you give as your account,. Keep an eye on account whne depostis are made go back to paypal and type in amounts - you'll account will be verifed
but, in order to verified the paypal with bank account, i think it's only tired action because u still can't withdraw ur money instead.
