I have verified my own account via visa netsafe virtual card.

make a vc with 3$

put this card number to paypal account . after few minutes it will ask for receipt code for verification from transaction log. 4 digit.

check the visa generator site and yout netbank account statement for card transfer. you will get the transaction log with paypal transaction number. put the specific 4 digit code to verification page

you are done. your verification amount will be refunded to paypal account within 3 days.

1. The purpose of verification is purely discarded through a VCC.

Yes! This is only the blasting truth about VCC. VCC uses face the problem when PayPal ask them to re-verify their account. PayPal sometime ask to re-verify account. As we know that the maximum VCC validity is 4-6 months. So, when you use the expire numbers and you get failure to re-verify your account, then the result will be LIMITED ACCOUNT.

 

So which banks exactly can make vcc-s ?

 

it actually depends on the country you put up from !!

Logically , any bank which issues a VISA, MASTERCARD and provides net banking can be made to produce a VCC

You don't need to tell a bank about Paypal, you just create them through your own account, they need some id, add. proof (Guy's correct me if I am wrong)!

 

Well .. im running paypal account since 2006 with VCC .. twice it was limited .. uploaded docs .. everything was fine.

Even the real cc holders a/cs also get limited.

Infact when i called paypal .. they dont know whether we add vcc or real cc .. coz they dont store our cc details ... according to laws they can only store last 4 digits of cc number

Absolutely wrong: there are SOOOOO many banks which don´t issue VCC´s in any form. In Europe for example only very few offer this option.

Between, if you have a bank that supports a VISA, Mastercard in Europe, you can anyways verify your Paypal account through it.

 

OK, i read all your post , i woud say Vcc is risky ... for few reason : if you verify your account , your account can also be limited without NOTICED

last there will be 40% chances where they will ask to put the same Vcc number you entered

if your Account get limited ... your account is LOST

 

dnt verify paypal using VCC , it can harm your account after sometimes when you get dispute , than they will start asking you CC statement
