how to verify Indian paypal?

    As far as I know, you only can use cc to verify ur paypal

    Google is your friend when it comes to VCCs.

    I have personally used only Entropay but not sure if it works with non-UK paypal accounts.

    Its not advisable to use vcc to verify your paypal account (maybe it'll create any problem in future) so verify it using a valid and real CC if you are planning to go for a long use IMO.

    Verify with some else one credit card and use with your login details of paypal then you will be eligible for all online transactions.I did such a way.
