I am not sure if the rules have changed but the last time when I got the ePassporte card, I use my local credit card to verify it. However, if you get a gift account from someone else then you do not need to verify it since the other person would vouch for your credibility.
No bro No gift account nothing..I just created an account. It shows this message "In order to complete the sign up process, you must add a verified load mechanism to your account and load a minimum amount of $25.00" I am having one affiliate account from there I can get $100 this month..if they send that money to my epassporte account..What may happen because it is not verified
I am not sure, that is why when I got it, I just add a credit card to load the $25 and it became active. I supposed if it is not verified, you still get the money but you may or may not be able to spend it.
Let your affiliate program pay you that $100 and your account will be verified. Sign up process complete, nothings bad gonna happen, trust me
