How to verify and got Payment from a USA Adsense account ?

    I need help for a usa adsense account...Many of my friends buy usa accounts from somewhere...and they got payment from adsense...


    But my Question is how they verified this account and Get this Payment ...They are all from my Country India..??

    I know Many Experts are available in this great Platform ..

    What they are doing is illegal and they will get banned when detected.
