If you are asking how to get the blue verified symbol, you can't do anything. Twitter determine when an account qualifies for this status.
I suspect that if there are a number of accounts pretending to be you and causing harm to your reputation and their independent assessment shows that more are likely to pop up because of your high public profile you could probably force their hand and get them to offer you verification sooner rather than later.
Verified accounts have certain requirements - first it was the amount of followers, and that the account was belonging to a public figure - the rules are changing and are being refined constantly, so it's always hard to know what qualifies, but unless you are a known name, a public figure, or a well-known company, there's no way for you to achieve verified status.
At present, there is no way for the general user to get Twitter verified. A blue sign on your twitter accounts depends upon the popularity and how much influential are you to the world. Klout score also plays the important role in getting a twitter account verified with a blue tick. I have seen that most businesses and individuals are getting their twitter cover page designed so that it can look attractive and increase the followers. So I would suggest having an amazing twitter page design so that you can stand out from the crowd of over 500 million users.
If you're not famous then don't worry about it. Twitter doesn't explain to us how they decide to verify accounts, although it would be interesting to know for sure.
Until and unless you're not a big shot, celebrity, known personality etc .. then you can't get it verified. You need to be a known public figure in order to get that done. Last I checked they weren't accepting any requests. So, They do that themselves only.
