how to verified paypal accunt without bank or cc

    i have paypal account by mistake i have choose country canada instead of united states
    so i cant send money from my paypal because i have to verify bank account and i have not bank account in canada so please help me what can i do

    The best thing to do, is to get your country changed back to US by calling them.

    You can try VCC (Virtual Credit Card). I use it for my two Paypal accounts and it is safe so far.
