I have made £12 from commission junction.

I have made £2 from adsense.
I have 247 twitter followers and 30 facebook fans for my page.
I have enough content to last me to the end of February.

Yes I am and that is the stats I have got so far.

 

Also on ther other side of things, the person buying it and trying to keep it going could find the thing is falling down on them and they lose and the seller is the winner in this example. Can you imagine buying a big money site and the thing is destined to fall down over time because so many new sites coming on in that niche which is a real possiblilty
