how to validate elance.com account without credit card?

    Hi,
    I dont have a credit card. Elance.com says we have to pay the registration fees only through credit cards and not through paypal.

    They will also deduct sums of $2 two times for verification similar to the paypal procedure.

    Is there a legit way out for this problem?
