I am trying to figure out how the placements section works on adwords. I am targeting to about 15 different websites and getting very little impressions. One website has been relatively efficient and gets me sales and traffic. I cant figure out how they determine where the ads show up though. Yesterday I bid 1 dollar and was in the middle of the first page. Today I was bidding 80 to 90 cents and not getting but maybe middle of second scroll worth of ads. Another person is sitting at 3rd slot on first scroll and said he is paying a supposed 30 cents and right now I am bidding 1.25 and cant seem to crack the first page. I am wondering how they determine where an ad is gonna show up in the placements section of a website.
