Put a link in the video description, annotate the video. Ask users who have popular videos to do the same for you. Use a popular video (eg. music) and attach your CPA offer link (eg ringtone) to it.
My friend is going to hire someone and shoot a vedio showing the characteristics of his products. Name it with some key words which can be easily searched and put it onto Youtube. Of course you can put descriptions and the link of your site to go with the vedio.
Hey mate, you will need some kind of automation tool to do the commenting, inviting and friending for you. You might want to get into iMacros (steep learning curve) or pre-packaged software such as youtube toolbox. Without software you will only be half as efficient as with it. Don't over-spam youtube though. Just a suggestion. From there on, once you have your software, it's pretty basic. Get your video, insert your link into it, upload, SEO YouTube title (and make sure it's pretty long, descriptive and dramatic), SEO description, insert your link into the first line of the description box. Repeat every other day. Use tubemogul.com for video distribution to other "youtube like" sites. I used to promote several CPA offers this way. Would net me something like $40-$50 a day. So, if it worked for me, it will also work for you (plus you have an actual product). Good luck to you mate!
You obviously need to create an attractive, compelling and interesting video. I suggest placing your link at the end of the video. Then PROMOTE the heck out of the video. Once you submit it you can put your site link in the source box.

Ok this is my method what I´ve used on youtube a long time ago and what I´m still using. And it works every time lika a charme. When you see these videos with like 600,000 views or over million, and usually these people arent even marketers, and dont have a link in the info section, well simply get in touch with them, email, skype whatever and say ill pay you to have my link in your video, and usually they will agree, after all it´s money for nothing and why shouldn´t they do it. Offer them about $60 to $80. Imagine how many views these videos get a day, a couple thousand right, so out of that few thousand how many would click your link? Alot my friend. This method had never failed for me. Obviously you want to find a video related to your niche or site or product. And like tuksdrr said: Why just stop at youtube? Hope this helps, ramses1
