Its not spamming if your link genuinely answers the question.

If you think about it, an automated system must be in place to help detect spammers. One of the very basic ways to check for spammers is to see if a user has submitted the same link multiple times. If detected, that user would be flagged and possibly banned for spamming. Of course, if it was totaly on-topic and the referred page did address the question, then there would be a good chance that the user would not be banned. It would also help if the user had answered other questions without that site's links.

We have to put our link every time in Yahoo! answers. There is no other way.

One good way is to put more than just your site as a resource. Just put your URL with one or two others and you will be fine.
